What's been happening this week in the world of sewing? I know how busy I get trying to fit everything in each week and I use my time at the weekend to catch up on what's been happening all-things-sewing-wise. This got me thinking that a quick summary of what's going on would be really useful to read with your brunch over the weekend. Save all that searching and scrolling through blog posts, cherry pick what you want to read in the time you have!
What have the bloggers been posting?
Tilly at Tilly and the Buttons releases two new patterns, the Bettine dress and Fifi camisole and shorts set, announces a sewing Instaspam party and posts fabric ideas for sewing Bettine. What Katie Sews makes a Vogue 1395 dress and a second in Nani Iro. The Coletterie discusses making and breaking the status quo. Handmade Jane posts a summertime Granville. Zoe at 'So, Zo ...' makes an organic cotton Paris jersey dress and posts about Refashion Friday.
Jen at Grainline Studios posts Blog goals: posting finished projects and makes whitewashed cabled socks. At SewCaroline it's Happy Home fabric collection blog hop, plus updates 1 and 2. Sewaholic releases Harwood and Nicola patterns in French, Spanish and Dutch and posts planning creative time for small businesses and taking finished project photos. Did You Make That? suggests how to sew in chunks of time and makes a fifth pair of Sew Over It trousers. The Little Tailoress makes a Tilda bunny.
