At Jennifer Lauren Vintage it's Me Made Maternity, the Felicity dress sew along continues with lengthening or shortening bodice pieces plus newly updated Bronte top pattern with additional sizes. Events Exciting new dressmaking competition at Simplicity. They are searching for a Star Sewist, with three categories being judged including beginners, vintage and best dress. If you email them your details they will send you a pattern of your choice. Submissions by 31st May. Lauren from Guthrie and Ghani is one of the judges! The Exeter Spring Quilt festival, Exeter begins next week 27th - 29th March. Next month is the Creative Craft Show in both Belfast (16-18th April) and Shepton Mallet, Somerset (23rd - 26th April). #Paperfest2015, a day event for designers, printers and makers, have announced the Key Note speaker will be Cath Kidston! Tickets are now available with the event being held on Friday 24th July in London. Film Dior and I, continues nationwide.

On Friday the Imperial War Museum opened it's door to a new exhibition, Fashion on the Ration. I can't wait to go and will tell you more about it when i've been. Not long now until the very much anticipated Alexandra McQueen: Savage Beauty exhibition opens at the V&A Museum on 14th March. Another exhibition I will definitely be going to see! Out of London its the Spring Quilt festival at Duxford, near Cambridge, and i've seen Alice from Backstitch instagrammin' photos of her setting up there.
